1. Brand Identity & Intellectual Property

All visual designs, garment typography, tactile chest prints, brand slogans including "Wear your words." and "Jo kehna hai, pehen lo.", trademarks, logos, photography, and digital layouts appearing on Budhbak.store are the exclusive proprietary property of Budhbak Apparels India Pvt. Ltd.

Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial exploitation, counterfeit garment printing, or scraping of our digital assets without explicit prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under Indian copyright and trademark statutes.

2. Currency & Pricing Integrity

All prices displayed on Budhbak.store are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and computed internally with exact integer paise precision (e.g. ₹799.00 = 79,900 paise) to eliminate floating-point discrepancies. All advertised prices include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly itemized otherwise at checkout.

• Our flagship oversized tee (e.g. Kal Dekhenge) is set at a canonical launch price of ₹799 with ₹0 standard delivery for demo and promotional periods.
• We reserve the right to revise catalog pricing, apply limited-edition drop surcharges, or discontinue coupon promotions at our sole discretion prior to order confirmation.

We deliver pan-India via express logistics partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees). Estimated transit timelines depend upon destination serviceability:

Delivery timelines are estimates. In events of severe climatic disruptions, regional transport strikes, or festive cargo surges, dispatches may experience modest delays. Real-time updates remain accessible on our Track Order portal.

Because our silhouettes feature a generous, relaxed boxy cut, we provide a 7-day hassle-free return and size exchange window from the recorded date of delivery:

• Garments must remain unwashed, unworn, and with original tags and protective packaging intact.
• Size exchanges are fulfilled with zero reverse pickup fees.
• Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original source payment method within 5–7 business days of warehouse receipt and quality verification.

Budhbak Apparels India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or courier transit disruptions. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the exact purchase price paid for that specific item.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
