What does 240 GSM mean for a t-shirt?
GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter and measures fabric density. A 240 GSM t-shirt is a true heavyweight luxury garment—significantly thicker, more structured, and more durable than standard 160–180 GSM mall t-shirts.
How do Budhbak t-shirts fit?
Budhbak garments are tailored with a relaxed boxy streetwear cut featuring dropped shoulder seams, wider chest proportions, and structured 1.2-inch ribbed collars.
Are the prints printed digitally or screenprinted?
Our graphic typography and Devanagari verses are screenprinted with soft-hand plastisol and discharge pigment inks that fuse with the combed cotton fibers for permanent wash durability.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to reach me?
Every piece is printed on demand to prevent deadstock waste. Production takes 2–3 business days, followed by 2–5 days courier transit depending on your city pincode. Total delivery is 5–8 business days.
Is shipping free across Bharat?
Yes, standard delivery is 100% free across India on all prepaid orders in our demo configuration.
How do I track my order status?
You can track your package anytime using our dedicated Track Order page with your Order Reference (e.g. BDBK-984210) and email address.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange window?
We offer a 7-calendar-day return and exchange window from the date of verified courier delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
How do I initiate an exchange if the size doesn't fit?
Visit our Returns portal, input your order reference, choose 'Exchange', select your desired replacement size, and submit. Our support team reviews requests within 24 hours.
Payments & Checkout
Which payment methods are accepted?
We support all major Indian payment methods through our secure Razorpay gateway: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), NetBanking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallets.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
To reduce logistical transit failure and maintain zero pricing inflation, COD is currently disabled by default. All orders are processed as secure prepaid transactions.
